Channel Islands Dive Adventures (CIDA) runs trips you normally will not find on most dive boat schedules. CIDA charters the boat, picks the planned destinations (weather permitting), limits the amount of divers on every trip, sets gate times so you’re not rushed and has a trip leader on every trip to help make sure things go smoothly and safely. You are responsible for all your own equipment, including tank & weights (unless otherwise noted) and for it to be operating properly on all Channel Islands Dive Adventures dive trips. Rental gear is not available on the dive boats, unless it was reserved in advanced.
No matter where you live or dive the weather and sea conditions can change very quickly and because of this Channel Islands Dive Adventures highly recommends having a safety signal tube on every dive, dive accident insurance such as; DiveAssure or DAN (Divers Alert Network) and up to date on any training you may need.
Booking Spots on trips
Please remember, once you have paid for a spot on a trip, that spot is yours and is no longer available to anyone else. If you cannot make it and we have been notified, we will try our best to fill the spot, but ultimately you are responsible for your spot

Longer warm/cold water trips
The cancellation policy for the longer warm and cold water trips will very depending on the resort or operator used-see information for individual trips that are planned.
Weather Policy
All destinations are subject to change depending on the weather and sea conditions. The dive boats can usually make the trips in any kind of weather, rain or shine. Sometimes the weather may not look so good, but most times there are still places to dive. The Captain of the boat being used for a particular trip has the final decision, with concern in providing for the safety and well being of the passengers and crew aboard. If the Captain or Channel Islands Dive Adventures cancels a trip, then refunds will be given. Never consider a trip cancelled until advised by the Captain or Channel Islands Dive Adventures.

Hi Zane,
Thank you for the heads up and don’t think for 1 minute you are stupid. I just discovered the problem and currently am working on a fix. If you have an add blocker addon for your browser it will stop the shopping cart from coming up on the schedule page. If you disable it only for the CIDA website you are good to go.
