This was my first attempt at underwater filmmaking.
Channel Islands marine sanctuary off the coast of Ventura, California.
Incredible sea lion interaction and kelp forests.
Shot with a GoPro HD Hero attached to my head. Edited on FCP Studio 3 with minimal color correction – good natural light that day.
The dive was in January 2011 off the Spectre Boat.

A day at Gull Island with very playful sea lions. This was a Channel Islands Dive Adventures trip aboard the Peace on March 26th & 27th, 2011. Made with a Go Pro, standard lens and natural light using Nero software.
2 dives on the Yukon on April 17, 2011. It was a Channel Islands Dive Adventures trip aboard the Lois Ann and this was my first attempt at making a short movie using my Go Pro and NERO.
